This policy explains how Adsconsultant, MB handles personal data when you visit adsconsultant.co, when you email us, and when you work with us as a business partner. It is written to meet the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applies to everyone, wherever you are.

02What this policy covers
This policy covers adsconsultant.co, our email correspondence and our business relationships with advertisers, affiliate networks, agencies, suppliers and other partners.
It does not cover the landing pages and editorial websites we publish for advertising campaigns. Each of those websites has its own privacy policy, which applies when you visit it.
03The data we collect
When you visit this website
This website has no forms, no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising pixels and no cookies. The only data processed on a visit is the technical data your browser sends with every request, handled by our hosting provider Cloudflare to deliver the page and protect the site:
- IP address and the approximate location derived from it
- date and time of the request, the page requested and the response
- browser type, operating system and the referring page, as your browser reports them
If a page fails to load, your browser may also send Cloudflare a short network error report (the page address, the type of error and your IP address). This helps keep the site reachable.
When you email us
Your name, email address, the content of your message and any attachments, plus anything else you choose to include, such as your company, role or phone number.
When you work with us
Names, business email addresses, phone numbers and roles of the people we deal with at partner companies, and the details needed for contracts, invoices and payments.

We do not sell personal data, we do not use the data described in this policy for advertising or profiling, and we make no decisions about you by automated means alone.
05Who receives your data
We share personal data only where it is needed for the purposes above:
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website, delivers it and protects it from attacks. Cloudflare processes request data for us, and for some network security purposes under its own privacy policy.
- Google provides our email and documents through Google Workspace and processes that data for us.
- Professional advisers such as accountants, auditors and lawyers, when they need the data to work for us.
- Banks and payment providers, to make and receive payments.
- Public authorities, courts and law enforcement, when the law requires it.
Our service providers may use the data only on our instructions and must keep it secure.
06Transfers outside the EU
Cloudflare and Google may process data in the United States and other countries outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, the transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, in which both companies participate, and on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. Write to hello@adsconsultant.co for more information about these safeguards.
07How long we keep it
- Technical request data is kept by Cloudflare only as long as it needs it to deliver the website and keep it secure. We do not keep our own visitor logs.
- Emails are kept as long as we need them to deal with your request and any follow-up, and for the length of a business relationship. After that we delete them, unless we need them for a legal claim.
- Contract, invoice and payment records are kept for the periods set by Lithuanian accounting and tax law.
08Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and get a copy of it;
- correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
- erase your data where there is no longer a reason to keep it;
- restrict how we use your data in certain cases;
- data portability: receive data you gave us in a machine-readable format, or have it sent to another company;
- object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interests.
To use any of these rights, email hello@adsconsultant.co. We answer within one month. If a request is complex, we may extend that by up to two more months and will tell you why. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on a request.

10Do you have to give us your data?
No. Visiting this website needs nothing beyond what your browser sends automatically. If you email us, we need your email address to reply. A business relationship needs the details required for the contract and invoices.
11Security
Every page of this website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to our email, documents and records is limited to the people who need it for their work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take care to protect the data we hold.
12Children
This website is for businesses and is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
13Residents of the United States
We do not sell or share personal information, as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act and other US state privacy laws, and we do not use it for targeted advertising. Wherever you live, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@adsconsultant.co. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
14Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when our practices change, and change the date at the top of the page when we do. If we make a significant change, we will say so clearly on this page.
